Cancellation terms during special events

During special events and certain holidays we will charge the total price of the accommodation in advance. Payment will take place approximately one month before the date of arrival. Reservation cannot be cancelled once the payment has been made.

  • Cancellation 30 – 3 days before arrival: 25 % of the total price will be refunded
  • Cancellation 0 – 2 days before arrival: payment will not be refunded
  • No show: payment will not be refunded

DURING ILOSAARIROCK ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
