Cancellation during special events

We charge the accommodation fee in advance during special events and certain public holidays. Billing takes place approximately one month before the arrival date, and the reservation becomes binding once the payment has been made.

• Cancellation **30–3 days before arrival**: 25% of the accommodation fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation **0–2 days before arrival**: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email: sales@linnunlahti.fi

During events and public holidays, the booking terms and apartment rules also apply.
