Apartment Accommodation
During Ilosaarirock weekend, you can rent a Holiday Linnunlahti apartment from Thursday to Monday.

You can stay at the Holiday Linnunlahti camping area during the following periods: Thursday – Monday (Thur-Mon), Friday – Monday (Fri-Mon), Saturday – Monday (Sat-Mon) and Sunday – Monday (Sun-Mon)

The entrance to the camping area is at the intersection of Länsikatu and Linnunlahdentie.

- Prices are per person, not per tent.
- Accommodation is also available in large group tents.
- A designated “Green & Silent” area is available for those who prefer a quieter space in the evenings. Tickets for this area can be purchased separately from the online store.

Apartment accommodation – Ilosaarirock 2025
Apartment accommodation for Ilosaarirock weekend is sold as a minimum four-night package from Thursday to Monday. All 18 apartments are of the same size (63 m²) and can accommodate up to six people. Additional guests are not allowed during the event. The apartments are located right next to the festival area, providing a convenient and comfortable lodging option.
Apartment Amenities
Downstairs there is a bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds, depending on the apartment, and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom, sauna and a small terrace on the ground floor. The kitchen has all the basic cooking utensils and crockery, and the apartment also has a washing machine. There are three beds in the loft, one of which is a sofa bed. The downstairs bed is already made up, and linen for the other beds can be found in the bedroom and upstairs cupboards.
Booking and payment
Apartment reservations for the following summer will open in the autumn, when the price of accommodation will also be confirmed. The price includes bed linen, towels, accommodation bracelets and final cleaning. Apartments are invoiced at the beginning of the year, and after payment the reservation is binding – in case of cancellation, the payment is not refundable.
Apartment customers from the previous year have priority for bookings for the following year. Free apartments will be offered to those on the waiting list, and if any apartments remain unsold, they will be announced on the website and Facebook. You can sign up for the waiting list by email: sales@linnunlahti.fi.
Arrival and check-in
Although the apartments are booked from Thursday onwards, arrival is also possible later, for example on Friday. The security guards will direct you to the correct check-in location (reception or gate, depending on your arrival time), where you will receive the apartment keys, information sheet and accommodation wristbands.
Important information for guests
Only adults can stay in the apartments, and minors must be accompanied by a guardian. During Ilosaarirock, only people over 12 years of age can stay in the Holiday Linnunlahti area. Pets are not allowed during the festival. Check-in on Thursday is possible from 4 pm, and the apartment must be handed over on Monday by 11 am at the latest.
Tent accommodation – Ilosaarirock 2025
Accommodation in the tent area is on a first-come, first-served basis, and certain spots cannot be reserved in advance. During the festival weekend, our reception is open 24 hours, so you can also arrive at the area late at night.
Accommodation wristbands and check-in
Accommodation wristbands are personal and must be redeemed at the gate with proof of ID and order confirmation. Wristbands will not be mailed in advance.
Silent & Green -area
There is a separate Silent & Green block at the edge of the campsite, with quiet rules in the evenings. You can choose this area for accommodation by purchasing a ticket from our online store.
Other important information
Pets are not allowed during the festival.
If you arrive by car, you can buy a parking ticket at the parking garage located on the other side of Linnunlahdentie. All cars must be moved to the parking garage on Friday from 12 noon.
Caravan accommodation – Ilosaarirock 2025
Caravan pitches for motorhomes will be available for sale in our online store during January. Electrical pitches are booked quickly, so it’s worth acting quickly! You can choose either an electric or non-electric motorhome/caravan pitch, a bus pitch or a parking garage pitch from our online store.
Accommodation wristbands and vehicle spaces
In caravan accommodation, each guest must have their own personal accommodation bracelet – it is not vehicle-specific.
Electric pitches can only be reserved starting on Thursday and will be reserved throughout the weekend. However, you can leave the area on Sunday if you wish to leave earlier.
Reservations are filled in two stages:
- Pre-purchased spaces are marked as reserved and filled in the order they arrive.
- Remaining vacant spaces are also sold and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If there are still electric pitches available on site, you can exchange a non-electric pitch purchased from the online store for an electric pitch upon arrival.
Parking garage and vehicle transferParkkihalli ja ajoneuvojen siirto
For safety reasons, towing vehicles must be moved to the Hallitie parking garage (next to Tiedepuisto) by Friday at 12:00 PM. Only vehicles registered as buses or motorhomes are allowed to remain in the area.
- A parking garage spot can be purchased from the online store (€50 / Fri–Mon).
- Parking garage fee is not included in the price of the accommodation wristband or caravan space.
Arrival instructions
When you arrive at the area, the security guards will guide you to the correct caravan or bus spot. Most of the electrical posts will fit a normal plug, but some require a CEE plug, which are common in caravans.
Important information
- Connected tents and pavilions are not allowed during the event.
- Electric pitches may still be available on-site, but to secure your spot, we recommend booking in advance.
Parking garage – Ilosaarirock 2025
Starting Friday at 12:00 PM, all vehicles, including towing vehicles for caravans, must be moved to the Hallitie parking garage for safety reasons. The garage is located across the street next to Tiedepuisto.
If you are unable to drive, you can ask security personnel for assistance. Only vehicles registered as buses or motorhomes are allowed to remain in the area.
Parking Garage Tickets & Usage
- A parking garage spot can be purchased from the online store (€50 for Fri–Mon) – it is not included in the accommodation wristband or caravan pitch price.
- The parking garage has 500 spaces, and so far, there have been enough spots for everyone.
Arrival & Access to the Parking Garage
You can first park your car in the parking garage and then pick up your wristband and sticker pass from the campsite (with a valid ID and order confirmation).
- Only one person per vehicle will receive the parking garage wristband, allowing them to access the car during the festival.
- You can enter and exit the parking garage with the same ticket until Monday morning.
Opening times
- On Friday, the parking garage opens at noon (before that, parking is available inside the campsite).
- On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, the parking garage opens at 8:00 AM.
- The parking garage closes approximately one hour after the last performance.
Other Important Information
The parking garage is exclusively for festival guests. If you have a year-round parking spot and are not attending the event, you can move your car out for the weekend and return to the garage after Monday at around 12:00 PM.
