Ilosaarirock rules
Holiday Linnunlahti offers accommodation during Ilosaarirock. To ensure safety and comfort, we ask all guests to follow the following rules. This way, we can guarantee that the festival experience is enjoyable for all visitors.
Key Restrictions
Bringing pets is strictly prohibited!
Accommodation and stay for children under 12 years old are prohibited during Ilosaarirock!
Arrival and Departure
- All cars and motorcycles must be removed from our premises starting Friday at 12:00 PM. There is a guarded parking hall across the street where you can purchase a parking ticket in advance.
- The departure time from our premises is by Monday at 12:00 PM.
- Tents and other items remaining on our premises after 12:00 PM will be classified as waste and removed to dumpsters.
Camping Area Rules
- Canopy tents that connect multiple tents are prohibited by authority regulations. Other possible regulations will also be followed regarding accommodation.
- To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, the camping areas follow rules set by the organizer and authorities, including those related to fire safety and the distance between tents.
- No furniture or dangerous items are allowed on the premises.
- Bring only the items you are able to carry away on Monday morning.
- The camping area offers waste recycling facilities.
Services on the Premises
The area has additional shower and toilet facilities. There is also a food station, a café, a small food kiosk, and a licensed area.
Registration and Payment
- Remember to print and complete the accommodation form before your arrival.
- Accommodation fees during Ilosaarirock are binding and non-refundable.
