Apartment rules
Holiday Linnunlahti rents out holiday apartments in Joensuu. To make your stay as pleasant and smooth as possible, we have compiled the most important rules and practices below. Thank you for following these instructions and helping us to provide quality accommodation services to all our guests.
Arrival and Departure
- Apartments are available for check-in from 3:00 PM onwards.
- You have access to the apartment until 12:00 PM on your departure day.
- Keys can be collected from the reception. Please remember to return them when you leave!
Reception and Services
- Our reception is open during the summer from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- All apartment-related matters must be handled directly at the reception. If you encounter any issues related to the apartment, our contact person is available 24/7 at: +358 400 333 133.
- For other accommodation-related issues and services, please also contact the number above.
Apartment Usage
- All guests must be adults unless minors are staying as part of a designated youth group.
- Quiet hours in our apartments are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Pets must be kept on a leash outside your apartment. If a pet is particularly aggressive, a soft collar or muzzle should be provided to the handler.
Smoking inside the apartments, in front of the apartments, on balconies, and in their vicinity is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- If you wish to grill, please inform the reception.
- Our saunas have separate bench covers, which must always be placed on the benches when sitting.
Payments and Compensation
- Any damages must always be reported in advance to the staff, either at the reception, by phone, or afterward via email.
- All furniture and items moved or used from the apartment must be returned to their original place before check-out.
- If the kitchen is left uncleaned, an additional cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
- Please note that cleaning required due to smoking will incur a disturbance fee of €500, and additional cleaning or extra towels will be charged accordingly afterward.
- We are not responsible for damages incurred by the guest due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (**force majeure**), such as unexpected illnesses or natural disasters, that are beyond our control.
Additional Information
- The open electricity supply from our storage is not secured or encrypted.
- We are not responsible for any dried-out valuables left in the apartment, modifications to furniture, or any other floor-related marks or damages that may occur.
