Remember to return the keys when you leave! global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>Payments and Compensation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Any damages must always be reported in advance to the staff, either at the reception, by phone, or afterward via email.<\/li>\n<li>All furniture and items moved or used from the apartment must be returned to their original place before check-out.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>100\u20ac<\/strong> additional fee will be charged for apartments left in an unreasonably dirty condition.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that cleaning required due to smoking will incur a disturbance fee of <strong>\u20ac500<\/strong>, and additional cleaning or extra towels will be charged accordingly afterward.<\/li>\n<li>We are not responsible for damages incurred by the guest due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (**force majeure**), such as unexpected illnesses or natural disasters, that are beyond our control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row module_class=&#8221;content&#8211;row&#8221;
